Status: SMS delivery is currently being prepared and is not yet active. Once our carrier registration (A2P 10DLC) is approved, messages will begin per the terms below. These terms describe the program as it will operate at launch.
1. Program Description
VOLT Performance Co. ("VOLT," "we," "us," or "our") operates an SMS program for waitlist members and Founder Pass holders. By providing your mobile number during step 2 of waitlist signup and agreeing to the consent language displayed at that time, you consent to receive SMS messages from VOLT, including:
- Transactional messages: Founder Pass confirmation, personalized dashboard link, referral milestone notifications.
- Marketing messages: Batch 001 launch announcements, early-access invitations, founder-exclusive drops, occasional product news.
Some messages may be sent using an automated dialing system. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from VOLT.
2. Consent
By submitting your phone number on step 2 of the waitlist signup form, you expressly consent to receive recurring marketing and transactional SMS messages from VOLT at the number provided, including messages sent via automated technology. You confirm that you are the subscriber to the mobile number provided or are authorized to consent to receive SMS at that number.
Consent is not required to make any purchase from VOLT.
3. Message Frequency
You will receive approximately 3 messages per month on average. Frequency may vary based on program events (e.g., Batch 001 launch week, referral race finale). We do not send daily marketing messages.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier's plan. VOLT does not charge for any SMS message. Charges, if any, come from your carrier. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
5. Supported Carriers
The VOLT SMS program is supported on major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, U.S. Cellular, Cricket, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Opt-Out
You may opt out of the program at any time by replying with any of the following keywords to any message we send:
STOPENDCANCELUNSUBSCRIBEQUIT
After you send one of these keywords, you will receive a single confirmation message confirming you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive further messages from this program. If you wish to rejoin later, sign up again on the waitlist or email crew@voltpouches.com.
7. Help
For help, reply HELP to any message we send. You will receive a response with our support contact and a brief description of the program. You can also email crew@voltpouches.com with the subject line "SMS Help" at any time.
8. Eligibility
The VOLT SMS program is available to U.S. residents who are at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to consent to receive SMS messages at the mobile number provided. The program is not available outside the United States.
9. Privacy
Information you provide in connection with the SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile number with third parties except as needed to deliver SMS messages (e.g., our SMS provider GoHighLevel and its downstream carrier partners).
10. Changes to These SMS Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. For material changes, we will notify active subscribers by SMS at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
