Official Referral Program Rules

1. Sponsor

VOLT Performance Co. ("Sponsor," "VOLT," "we," "us," or "our"), Kansas City, MO. Contact: crew@voltpouches.com.

2. Eligibility

The Program is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry and have legal capacity to form a binding contract. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, children) and household members of any of the foregoing are not eligible to win prizes. They may participate in the referral mechanic for fun but are excluded from prize fulfillment.

3. Program Period

The Program begins when a participant signs up on the VOLT waitlist and ends when Batch 001 launches publicly (the "End Date"). The specific End Date will be communicated to all waitlist subscribers by email (and SMS once active) at least 14 days in advance.

VOLT reserves the right to extend or end the Program earlier for legitimate business or legal reasons, with notice provided in the same manner.

4. How to Participate

1. Sign up on the VOLT waitlist at voltpouches.com by completing both step 1 (email) and step 2 (phone, name, optional product preference).
2. You will receive a personalized referral link in the format voltpouches.com/pass/<your-handle>.
3. Share that link with friends. Each person who visits your link and completes step 2 of their own waitlist signup is credited to you as a verified referral.
4. Your referral count, current tier, and rank (once you have ≥1 verified referral) are displayed on your personal dashboard at /dashboard/<your-id>.

5. What Counts as a Verified Referral

A referral is verified — and added to your count — only when all of the following are true:

• The referee arrived at the VOLT site via your personalized /pass/<handle> URL.
• The referee completed step 2 of waitlist signup (provided phone number and name).
• The referee's signup is not flagged as fraudulent (see Section 6).

Step-1-only signups (email but no phone) do not count.

6. Disqualifying Conduct

The following are prohibited and will result in disqualification, forfeiture of any earned rewards, and possible account termination:

• Self-referrals (signing up multiple times to inflate your own count).
• Fake signups (using disposable email services, virtual phone numbers, or fabricated identities to inflate counts).
• Automation (bots, scripts, click-farms, paid sign-up services).
• Incentivized clicks (paying people, offering prizes, or providing items of value in exchange for signups, in a manner that violates applicable advertising or consumer-protection law).
• Impersonation (signing up under someone else's name or contact information without consent).
• Spam (mass-sharing your link in a manner that violates CAN-SPAM, TCPA, or platform terms).

VOLT reserves the sole right to investigate suspected violations and to disqualify any participant. VOLT's decisions are final.

7. Tier Rewards

The Program awards rewards at five threshold tiers based on the participant's verified referral count:

Tiers are cumulative — Diamond holders also receive Gold, Silver, and Bronze benefits. LEGEND status is awarded to the 100 highest-counted participants at the End Date, regardless of tier reached during the race.

8. Grand Prize: "Free VOLT for Life"

The participant with the single highest verified referral count at the End Date will receive the Grand Prize: "Free VOLT for Life."

"Free VOLT for Life" is defined as: one monthly shipment of VOLT product (participant's choice of formula from VOLT's then-current lineup, up to a retail value of $35/month), shipped to a U.S. address provided by the participant, for as long as VOLT operates the product line, up to a maximum of 120 monthly shipments (10 years from the date Batch 001 ships), whichever comes first.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $4,200 USD ($35 × 120 months).

If multiple participants are tied for the highest count at the End Date, the winner will be the one whose first verified referral was earliest by timestamp. (This matches the underlying leaderboard tie-break rule: ORDER BY referral_count DESC, created_at ASC.)

9. Odds of Winning

This is an achievement-based program, not a random drawing. Odds of reaching any tier depend on the number of verified referrals you earn and (for LEGEND and Grand Prize) on how your count compares to other participants. There is no fixed number of winners at the Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Diamond tiers — every participant who meets the threshold qualifies.

10. Prize Delivery

• Tier rewards that ship (Silver, Gold, Diamond, LEGEND) will be shipped free of charge to a U.S. address provided by the participant within 60 days after Batch 001 launches.
• "Free VOLT for Life" shipments begin at Batch 001 launch and continue monthly thereafter.
• Shipping is to U.S. addresses only. No international shipping is offered.
• If a prize is undeliverable (invalid address, refused delivery, no response after 3 contact attempts within 60 days), VOLT may forfeit the prize and award it to the next eligible participant.

11. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. For prizes with a total annual value exceeding $600 USD, VOLT will issue an IRS Form 1099 to the winner and report the prize value to the Internal Revenue Service as required by law. Winners may be required to provide a valid Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number to receive prizes with reportable values.

12. Right to Modify or End the Program

VOLT reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end the Program at any time for any reason, including (but not limited to) regulatory changes, evidence of widespread fraud, or material changes to VOLT's product roadmap. If the Program is modified or ended early, VOLT will provide reasonable notice to active participants and will honor all rewards earned prior to the change date.

13. Dispute Resolution

These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Program shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Jackson County, Missouri.

Before filing a formal dispute, you agree to first attempt informal resolution by emailing crew@voltpouches.com with the subject "Referral Program Dispute." We will respond within 30 days.

14. Publicity

By accepting a prize, winners agree to allow VOLT to publish their first name, first initial of last name, and (if voluntarily shared) hometown city/state in connection with announcing winners, unless prohibited by law. Winners may decline by emailing crew@voltpouches.com before accepting the prize.

15. Privacy

Information collected from participants is governed by our Privacy Policy.

16. No Endorsement

The Program is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple, Google, Meta, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube, Reddit, Discord, or any other social network or app platform. Use of those platforms to share your referral link is subject to each platform's own terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
