VOLT does not sell or share your personal information. We do not exchange your data for money or other valuable consideration. We do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising.
1. What "Sale" and "Sharing" Mean Under California Law
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):
- "Sale" means selling, renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating, making available, transferring, or otherwise communicating a consumer's personal information to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration.
- "Sharing" means disclosing personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising, whether or not for monetary or other valuable consideration.
VOLT engages in neither.
2. Service Providers We Share Data With
We share specific data with the service providers listed below, each under written contracts that prohibit them from using your data for their own marketing or selling it to third parties. These are data processors, not buyers.

We do not use advertising networks, data brokers, analytics platforms that combine data across sites, or marketing partners that would constitute "sale" or "sharing" under CCPA.
3. Categories of Personal Information We Collect
Under CCPA categories, we collect:
- Identifiers: email address, name, phone number, and a system-assigned Founder UUID and referral handle.
- Internet or network activity: IP address, user-agent, request paths, captured in standard server logs.
- Geolocation (inferred): approximate location inferred from IP address (we do not collect precise GPS).
- Commercial information: your product pillar preference, if you select one (energy / pump / recover / all).
We do not collect: government identifiers, biometric data, health information, payment information (we have no checkout yet), employment information, education records, sensitive personal information as defined by CCPA.
4. Your Rights Under CCPA
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you, including the categories, sources, purposes, and third-party recipients.
- Delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of "sale" or "sharing" — though we do not sell or share, this right is moot for our practices.
- Limit use of sensitive personal information — we don't collect any.
- Non-discrimination: we will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of service because you exercise your rights.
5. How to Exercise Your Rights
To exercise any CCPA right, email crew@voltpouches.com with the subject line "CCPA Request" and include:
- The right you are exercising (Know, Delete, Correct, etc.).
- The email address you used to sign up (or other information that helps us locate your record).
We will respond within 45 days. If we need additional time, we will notify you. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling the request.
6. Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a CCPA request on your behalf. We will require written proof that the agent is authorized to act for you, and we may also need to verify your identity directly.
7. Children's Privacy
VOLT does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16 years of age, and we never sell, share, or use the personal information of consumers we know are under 16 for cross-context behavioral advertising.
